As early as her first days in the business and now, Christine, a Master Certified Negotiations Expert, Community Market Leader, Digital Marketing expert and Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, applies groundbreaking techniques to real estate marketing and business development. “I’ve always been an early adopter, I pour myself into my career and do as much education and research as I can in order to stand out,” says Christine. “I’ve done things differently than other agents by learning social media and digital marketing from the ground up and staying ahead of the curve.” As other agents grow frustrated with the surge of technology, I embrace it, educate myself regularly and implement what I learn. I thrive on giving my clients what, unfortunately, most fail to. I run my business like a business, not a part-time hobby.”

Christine Luri is a service centric, creative and dynamic Real Estate Broker with @Properties in East Lincoln Park Chicago. She joined @Properties in October 2020. Christine has been in the Real Estate business in different capacities since 1996.

Growing up in Houston, Tx, one of her first jobs was hosting a new construction sales office, quickly moving up to corporate and into the Promotions and marketing department. She and her team developed sales and marketing campaigns for new construction homes and suburban developments in the Houston area. She also worked as a Sales & Closing Coordinator in support of the sales team. She obtained her Tx Real Estate license and worked for an apartment location company before moving to Chicago in 2000.

Christine joined up with her now husband of 18 years designing, building, developing and selling luxury new construction homes in Old Town, West Loop and the Gold Coast neighborhoods in Chicago. Working with a small team, she was able to have a hand at many aspects of the business including construction loan administration, design, staging, marketing, advertising and sales. She obtained her Illinois Real Estate License in 2001.

Having lived in Chicago for over 20 years, she knows this city and has lived in many of it's vibrant neighborhoods. Raising her two boys, both currently in high school, in the city and in Chicago Public Schools she knows the process and how the public school system works. Serving as a PTA President and official "room mom" in her children's elementary school, also fostered her love for community involvement.

Christine earned her black belt in MMA and enjoys training in kickboxing, Muay Thai and Savate. For the last 10 years, she and her husband ran a successful martial arts school in the Lincoln Park before deciding to close at the end of 2020, learning so much about customer experience, company culture, social media advertising and online marketing in the process.

Christine has been through the process of buying and selling property and knows it can be an overwhelming experience- but it doesn't have to be! She is dedicated to helping clients create a stress-free, smooth experience.
